Multimedia software Engineer（多媒体软件工程师）

1. Having a M.Sc., or B.Sc. level degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or other relevant areas;

2. Experienced in software development with good command of C, C++ or Java programming;

3. Be familiar with Multimedia and network programming

4. Fluent in Windows GUI programing and Virtual C++ development environment, or Experienced in software developing under Linux environment, with deep understanding of Linux kernel a big plus;

5. Familiarity with MPEG4 and H264 codec shall be a plus

6. Good team-work spirit and open-minded personality

7. At least 2 years working experience in related areas

8. Good understanding of security and surveillance profession a big plus

RF design and test engineer

Requirements：
Education &Knowledge Requirement:
#Bachelor or Master degree on RF engineering.

Work Experience Requirement:
#At least 3 years of RF design and test for wireless communication systems.

Technical skill or qualification:
# Deep understanding to wireless transmitter or receiver channels, power amplifier, or radio front end design and test.
# Familiar with RF hardware schematic and PCB design flow, with basic EMC knowledge

Job Description:

无线基带算法工程师

职位要求：
教育程度和知识要求
本科及以上学历，计算机软件、通信、电子及相关专业，具备计算机软件或通信基础理论知识。

工作背景要求
三年以上算法设计及实现经验；
具备参与通信设备软件或其他大型系统软件开发经验者优先考虑；
从事过通信项目基带算法设计，仿真建模或基带算法实现经验者优先

专业技能或资格
数学基础扎实，信号处理理论基础扎实；
熟悉数字通信系统，熟悉WiMAX无线通信协议优先；

逻辑思维清晰，综合及归纳能力强；

基带开发工程师

三年以上软件设计及实现经验；
具备参与通信设备软件或其他大型系统软件开发经验者优先考虑；

专业技能或资格
熟悉嵌入式实时操作系统，精通C/C++等编程语言；
熟悉DSP（ADI优先）汇编编程，具有一年以上DSP程序语言的工作经验者优先；
熟悉WiMAX系统及协议或者无线系统基带处理；
熟悉FPGA DDC/DUC算法实现；
熟悉无线通信物理层算法实现。

能够熟练阅读英文技术资料；
