测试这个行当现在人才相当的稀缺，看前几天51testing在北京主办测试人员专场招聘会就知道，测试这是职业已经可以举办专场的招聘会了，说明测试这个行业发展非常迅猛，另外也从一个侧面反映了当前大家对软件质量的重视，对于行业的发展，这是一件好事。而中高端的测试人员，特别是懂测试理论又有编程经验的工程师，高级性能测试工程师，高级自动化测试工程师等更是千金难求，年薪都在10w以上。

职位名称： 资深软件测试工程师
工作地点： 杭州
职位描述：
1、参与软件产品的需求分析,关注项目需求的可测性,并能预先评估项目的风险
2、软件产品的测试方案制定和评审,帮助测试工程师提高测试分析和用例设计水平
3、负责重大项目的测试组织和指导,保持和项目组员有效沟通,协调问题和缺陷的有效解决
4、通过总结,对外交流,技术钻研和培训,进行测试过程和测试方法的持续改进
任职要求： 1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历
2、至少3年以上软件开发和测试工作经验,3个以上大型项目的测试组织和执行
3、精通测试过程设计和用例设计方法,能主动进行技术钻研
4、至少在性能测试,自动化测试,白盒测试方面有一处专长
5、熟悉Linux或Unix操作系统,熟悉J2EE软件架构和常用脚本语言。

Oracle Database Server is Oracle’s key product. And our team is
