GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Embedded Global Business Unit (EGBU) is a sales team focusing partner business for embedding Oracle technologies into partner¡¦s products. We are looking for a technology sales consultant to join the EGBU Greater China team to support our business and its growth in the region. You will report to the EGBU GC Sales Consulting Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1 Interacts with key technical personnel of prospective partners/customers, and establishes trusted business relationships with them.
2 Supports solution and architecture design for partners with leverage of Oracle technologies.
3 Supports our partners¡¦ efforts in the development and implementation of their applications, systems and solutions.
4 Interacts with peer sales and sales consultants in EGBU and other Oracle business units.
5 Ability to travel as required.
SKILL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

6 Min. 8 years of experience in Oracle technology
7 Strong analytics skills with the ability to think out of the box and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Energetic and passionate.
8 Demonstrated technical proficiency in Oracle database products. A must for Oracle RDBMS. Advantage for those with Oracle TimesTens and Berkeley Database.
9 Technical / solution architecture skills and experience.
10 Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of ebusiness and technology solutions.
11 Advantage for those with knowledge and experience in middleware technologies and products, e.g. WebLogic Server, Tuxedo, J2EE, integration, business intelligence, content management, etc.
12 Strong presentation & communication skills.
13 Fluent in Mandarin and English.

KEY OBJECTIVE:
Work with development team globally to verify the accuracy of software releases throughout the development lifecycle.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design, develop, and implement testing methods to perform functional testing To make PeopleSoft localization and customization development work based on Market requirement.
2. Compile data and define changes required in testing procedures or new testing requirements
3. Write and maintain automation/manual test scripts, design test procedures, and test cases
4. Perform functional testing on Oracle Applications localization products, and perform language testing on Oracle Applications products at major releases.
6. Work with NLS teams and Global development teams to find, track and fix bugs timely.
7. Be an expert to provide technical/functional solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:

1. BS or MS in Computer Science, MIS, business or equivalent education/training/experience
2. At least five years in software development, business analysis, support or related IT experience. Min. three years direct QA experience and work in a team environment or as a solo QA Analyst on PeopleSoft HR function or equivalent HRMS system.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Mandarin and English.
4. Solid knowledge on testing methodology, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, Detail oriented.
5. Understanding of environment design, knowledge on UNIX/Linux/Oracle database PL/SQL is a big plus.
6. Functional experience in Oracle EBS FIN/CRM/SCM or PeopleSoft FIN/SRM etc will be a big plus.
7. Project management experience is a plus.
